left meta or windows key plus space bar not working

Bug Description
Hi. I am using ArchLinux (64 bit) + GNOME3.
I am using the default keyboard shortcut for launching the synapse, that is "Meta (or windows logo key) + Space Bar".
When I use RIGHT side Meta Key and space bar synapse runs fine.
But when i press LEFT side meta key and space bar synapse do not run.
After holding down the the left meta key I need to continuously press the space bar twice to bring up the synapse.
