Bug Description
There really should be a plugin that lets you prevent stuff from showing up on search results. This is really annoying when you got someone you want to show some movie and you use synaptic to search but rather than giving you the desired movie it pickes up some random video from your .fap folder. I don't know should this be done in synaptic level or on zeitgeist but i file it anyways.

Atm you can set Zeitgeist blacklists for what should and shouldn't be logged. We might implement something to blacklist certain uris/directories within Synapse in the future.
