Shorcuts don't work in Wayland

Bug Description
When I start synapse in Wayland session (on Fedora 28), a dialog with the title "Synapse wants to inhibit shorcuts", text "You can restore shortcuts by pressing Super+Escape" and two buttons, "Allow" and "Deny". No matter which of the two buttons I press, synapse doesn't appear when pressing the Activate shortcut (Ctrl+Space).
