I can't make a screenshot (with mate-screenshot) in main window or About window

Bug Description
I wanted to tell a friend of mine about Synapse and I tried to make a screenshot. Neither in main window or About window, by pressing PrintScreen key or Alt-PrintScreen or Shift-PrintScreen (*)... screenshot is not taken. Also, I can't move About windows by pressing and draging tittle bar.
mate-screenshot works Ok with other programs' About windows.
I'm on Ubuntu 16.04 64x.
