Synapse has an on-screen placement problem since Ubuntu 16.10

Bug Description
Since upgrading from Ubuntu 16.04 to 16.10 Synapse no longer appears in the middle of the active screen. Attaching two screenshots, one with how Synapse is placed with only one screen active (just the laptop) and one with two monitors active (the laptop and an external monitor). In the second screenshot the active screen (the one with the active window) is the right one; notice how Synapse still appears on the left screen.
