System applications in KDE not picked up

Bug Description
e.g. The Custom Shorcuts part of system settings doesn't come up when I search in synapse.
I have found this with other applications though I can't remember which right now.
It also applies to system actions that krunner can find in kde - e.g. logout, switch session, etc.
It would be great if these can be included.
