Bug Description
Firstly, I'm not sure this is the right place to report bugs to indicator-synapse. If it isn't please direct me where.
Now the bug:
I've been using indicator-synapse with unity-2d-panel and now with wingpanel-featured (it also has ubuntu style global menus) on 12.04. Runing an application from indicator synapse somehow disables the global menu for said app. (And the menu will appear inside the app.) Running the same app any other normal way (running from the plank dock, from the terminal, from slingshot launcher etc) will result a normal behavior.
