Bug Description

I have Ubuntu 12.04 and the Synapse Version 2.10. The Dictionary Plugin is activated and Gnome Dictionary installed and a Dictionary Server is available.

But there is no entry that says dictionary in the "menu" neighter is there a option to translate at the drop-down selection when I type a random word. I already tried to reinstall Gnome-Dictionary and Synapse.

The output on a manual Synapse restart is:
[18:09:34.993361 Info] [UILauncher] Binding activation to <Control>space
[18:09:34.993535 GtkHotkey-Debug] Listener Type: GtkHotkeyX11Listener
