Segmentation fault on fresh fedora installation

I've installed synapse on fresh fedora 17 install and after starting it I'm getting segmentation fault:

as I can see, synapse is working on another system without problems.

Maybe this is the same as bug #1102613? I reported it separately in case it wasn't.
