Bug Description

The GetMetricStatistics API includes an optional unit parameter.

If this is left unspecified in the request, the response should include the actual metric unit.

However Synaps leaves this unset in the response, if not explicitly specified in the corresponding request.

Yes you're doing right, in the sense of changing the bug state to "Fix Committed".

The normal openstack bug lifecycle would be:

--[bug opened]-->New
--[bug confirmed by another dev]-->Confirmed
--[assignee starts working on bug]-->In Progress
--[fix is merged]-->Fix Committed
--[fix is included in a release]-->Fix Released

but obviously we short-circuited it in this case.

If Synaps started using gerrit like the other openstack projects, then some of these state transitions would be handled automatically.
