Switchboard 2.0 crashes when clicking on the printers option.

Bug Description

When I click on Printers the app crashes. I've added and removed a few printers from that option in switchboard and from the CUPS server before.

I ran `switchboard -d` from the terminal and got this:

ERROR:arraylist.c:957:gee_array_list_real_get: assertion failed: (index < _size)
Aborted (core dumped)

After recent updates to the system (Jan, 31st 2017), the problem seems to have been resolved.

It still crashes for me.
