Couldn't modify my screen brightness through system default application

Bug Description
My OS is elementary OS Freya (64-bit), and I had installed many others applications. I change my OS
style with Yosemite(A style like Mac OS), besides, I installed Tweaks(An app to set system style).
I don't know what happened after I installed Tweaks. before I change my OS style, I can modify screen brightness through dragging the slider bar in `Power` setting, unfortunately now, when I click the Power setting below the power icon, it doesn't work at all!
Moreover, there are some other system default applications becoming disabled after I installed or remove some applications.
If there any solution to this problem? Thanks!
