Bug Description
Some icons of Switchboard appeared duplicates ( attached) . This happened after a system update on 5/15/2016 .
Repeated icons are:
- Mouse & Touchpad
- Network
- Accessibility

Marking as invalid. This is likely the result of adding extra software sources, particularly I believe it is an issue often caused by installing the "elementary tweaks" mod
