Bug Description
My default encoding system is iso-8859-15, so traduction with accent is not well displayed (lots of warnings). Path add support of internationaliz
Furthermore, some variables are not updated (patch fixes this forgetting).

Is there any particular reason not to use UTF-8 which is a "better" encoding than iso-8859-15 ?
