"Left Alt is swapped with left Win"-option missing

Bug Description
After switching from EOS 0.2 Luna to EOS 0.3 Freya beta 2 I'm missing the "Left Alt is swapped with left Win"-option in the "Options"-section of Switchboard's "Keyboard"-plug. There's only a "Alt is swapped with Win"-option, which is not an adequate replacement, especially when you use a keyboard without Win/Super-keys and need to substitute their functionality with the left alt-key, while the right one still provides the ordinary alt-function.
