Bug Description
When opening Switchboard sometimes it does not display all the plugs/icons.
It seems this is happening at random times, when opening Switchboard.

This was possibly fixed very recently. Please re-open this bug if you experience it again after the update rolls out to the PPA. Estimated to happen with 24 hours, at earliest in the next 2 hours.
