Bug Description

I guess it's possible someone would want to open an IPv6 port on their home machine but it's not likely

I don't see why someone would set a rule on/off, they would remove it instead or add it

People (me?) sometimes use many rules and the more you have open, the more security hazards you have so it's smart to keep them off when you don't need them

Also I don't think opening ports is a traditionally noob-friendly activity so I could see that once a regular user got a port open, they would not want to have to memorize its details in order to turn it off and on as needed. But I guess it could also be argued that this user would not know to disable a potential security hazard.

Obviously my attached screenshot is a router, but I could see a comparable amount piling up on a regular PC since you have to open ports in BOTH places when you're behind a router.
