change "record file and app usage" to "Gather statisctics"

Bug Description
In order to make this pane sound less 1984 and more "look what I can do", I think we should change the label for the overall zeitgeist on/off switch to "Gather statistics".
I think this label more accurately portrays not just the functionliaty but the intent. Also, you can read the more info string to find out exactly what all this statistics gathering is about.
