Bug Description
I have tried to add a network printer on multiple Freya Beta2 machines I have running, and what happens is that it finds the printer no problem, but then the "Searching for drivers" windows pops up and never goes away, the only way to get this window to go away is to force quit it. At this point under Printers it says the printer is "Ready", but I cannot print a test page... The printer I'm using is a Kyocera FS-1020D, I know it's an older printer, but it's all I have and it works fine in Windows. Any help is much appreciated.

I figured out a work around:
1. Go ahead and download the proper ppd for your printer
2. Next open up a terminal window and go to "/etc/cups"
3. Then launch the command "sudo service cups stop"
4. Copy the ppd you downloaded to the "/etc/cups/ppd" directory
5. If you used the GUI to previously try to install the printer, there should be a ppd listed under "/etc/cups/ppd", make note of the name and then remove it.
6. Now rename the ppd you downloaded and moved over to the "/etc/cups/ppd" directory, to the exact name you removed earlier.
7. Run "sudo service cups start", then go back to your Printers in the GUI and print test page. This worked for me! Hope it does for you guys too.
