Bug Description

Nothing shows up when trying to run Power preferences form Applications or from Control PAnel

Here is a screencast showing bug i described. https://vimeo.com/164900356

After minute or two bug report window came up with error: "switchboard crashed with signal 5 in g_settings_bind_with_mapping()".
I've found similar bug here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/switchboard/+bug/1551905, and following solution in comments removed PPA daily. Now everything seems work fine. Thank you for your concern.
