Get rid of ugly wallpaper scaling options

Bug Description
Stretched should go because it just looks bad. It ruins images.
Scaled should go because it creates letter/pillar boxes that look bad and we've even had a bug report saying that scaling was behaving incorrectly. I don't think users expect to have these boxes.
I'm also proposing renaming "Zoom" to "Scaled" because the name "Scaled" makes a lot more sense and it's not entirely clear what "Zoom" means.
FWIW, neither of these options exist on iOS and nobody seems to miss them

I don't think I'm in favor of reusing the word "Scaled" to mean something different than it used to mean. I am fine with dropping the other two options, though.
Perhaps "Fill" or "Cover" would be a better name?
