Bug Description
I removed python 2 which made Pantheon crash upon next login (after reboot), so I installed gnome-panel to have some desktop enviroment while I tried to fix what I have done, while using gnome I changed the background to gradient(from left - blue to right - violet), I managed to reinstall Pantheon and uninstalled gnome, when I logged into Pantheon there was a flash of red gradient from right which then faded and the wallpaper was displayed, the gradient was still there even when I changed the background to solid color in system settings, the only thing that helped was installing "dconf Editor" from Software Center and going under org > gnome > desktop > background and changing color-shading-type to solid.
One user("nucc1") suggested reporting this as a bug, which was really hard since I'm just a freelance web developer and Launchpad UX is just terrible(and I hope I will NEVER EVER have to use Launchpad again), creating an empty repo on GH for reporting bugs would help.
