Dock settings are inaccurate

The dock settings inside the display settings menu the checked box is random.

You can open it, set it, close it. Open it again and it will be set to something else.

Example: If I set it to "Never Hide", close it. Reopen it, the box next to "hide when focused menu is maximized" will be checked.

On a fresh Freya install it displays the dock as set to never hide but plank is actually set to hide on maximize
