Bug Description
The big offender right now is mail. Obviously this is difficult because technically EDS is subscribing to this service.
Perhaps we should temporarily hardcode in a check for Evolution since it's the only Mail app that is using EDS.
It does seem odd from a user's perspective when you want to configure access to services that "Evolution Data Server" is presented as an app. Perhaps we should be investigating a way to authenticate apps into EDS so we can show, for example, Calendar.

It sounds like for this cycle that what we need to do is:
* Remove all of the providers except for Last.FM
And then (optionally):
* Make mail get the password for Fastmail from gsso
* Implement a generic IMAP provider
* Remove the accounts dialog from Mail
