Bug Description

POA should be able to manage email accounts that we don't necessarily know the provider of in addition to the common ones like Gmail, Yahoo, etc. In this way, we'd need the full inputs such as "Incoming server" "outgoing server" etc

I'm not sure the Online Accounts plug is made for this as these settings would only being usefull in the EMail application…

So there's two reasons in my mind this is necessary:

1. If you decide to switch mail clients, you don't have to manually migrate these types of accounts
2. If we provide a syncing service where we save your logins in elementary.io, you don't have to manually migrate these types of accounts to new installs.

I'm confirming this since it would also be necessary if we want to not require email client developers to build their own account management UIs.

How it would be to add an account with no service and setup the services manually.
So the workflow would be like

Add an account with a name
   Add service mail
   Add service caldav
   Add service file storage

On this way accounts, which offer more than one service could be added into one account.
