enable touchpad while typing [$20]

Disable while typing is enabled by default and that's probably fine, but it's pretty annoying if you're trying to play a game.

It looks like libinput does have a method to turn off this feature, but it doesn't look like gnome settings daemon exposes it (at least not in the version we ship in Loki): https://wayland.freedesktop.org/libinput/doc/latest/group__config.html#ga5e30865097b8fa273c3e3cbcdff51b0f

Changing the setting is possible via XInput or libinput but it is only temporary for that session. Awaiting the upstream addition of the required setting in gnome-settings-daemon to make implementation of this easier.

Hi, as I read, the setting 'disable-while-typing' has added in Gnome to Master branch <https://github.com/GNOME/gsettings-desktop-schemas/commits/master/schemas/org.gnome.desktop.peripherals.gschema.xml.in>. I am write code here:
<https://github.com/Frenzy-Alex/switchboard-plug-mouse-touchpad_enable-touchpad-while-typing>. But it works only if install latest gsettings-desktop-schemas from master branch on <https://github.com/GNOME/gsettings-desktop-schemas>. I also change scroll methods, because it was changed in gsettings-desktop-schemas, and add Switch for tap-and-drag setting.
