Bug Description

Desktop machines don't have Touchpads,don't display Touchpad settings.

Laptops don't usually have a Mouse plugged in.

This should probably come with a change in the name displayed by the plug in Switchboard? ie. don't show the name as "Mouse & Touchpad" if you're only going to display mouse settings.

I can't confirm that "mouse" appears on notebook. I believe this is already the case. Cody, which hardware case are you reporting for?
