Check for conflicting keybindings

Bug Description

I just bought a Logitech Master MX mouse, and when I press the thumb button on it, it sends the keypresses of Ctrl+Alt+Tab through as a keyboard device.

I would like to assign this key combination to 'show all windows', but when I assign it in System Settings->Keyboard, it shows the key combination correctly on screen, but is ignored whether I key the accelerator on my keyboard or with the thumb button on my mouse.

I guess I just needed a day to think this one through.
I found the conflicting key binding in dconf-editor, org->gnome->desktom->wm->keybindings->switch-panels

With this changed to something else, my binding for Ctrl+Alt+Tab now works.

Perhaps a check for conflicting keybindings should be done to prevent this kind of issue for other users in the future?
