Bug Description
The close button in add keyboard dialog is not necessary and most important it is broken because if i click on plus icon to add a new layout and then click cancel i'll be able to reclick on it and add a new keyboard, otherwise if i close the dialog with the "x" button i wont be able to click on add again unless to go back and re-open the plug.

You can't add a keyboard anymore if you close the "Add keyboard" dialog using the "x" button, until you leave the plug and visit it again.
