Bug Description

When using freya on my Dell-XPS laptop, an 'Unknown Display' other than the built-in display is detected which has to be manually disabled after each restart.

Adding pkill -9 -f gnome-settings-daemon to the autostart list helps for me, but that isn't a good solution.

Same bugs, same laptop. The sticky right corner doesn't work (the right side behave like a extended display). I believe that is also the cause of several flashes and glitches when moving things over the screen and sometimes some objects get freezed (please see attachment). I have temporarily solved it by setting the option of "Don't use this display", but it is still there.

Still same here on Lenovo IdeaPad Y570 using loki.

"Don't use this display" is working fine (also after reboot), but don't know why eOS is detecting it.
