Bug Description

With more and more HiDPI screens being common, there should be a option in a switchboard plug that make use of this:
org.gnome.desktop.interface.text-scaling-factor
Even though not all apps will use this setting (like Chrome), most will.
This was the only way I could use elementary on my screen.

Providing a slider on some switchboard plug would be awesome, not sure what though.

Retargeting to displays plug as it probably makes more sense there.
