Bug Description

It is not obvious how to add a custom command to be started on login. Settings > Applications > Startup allows choosing from a list of already-installed apps. There is a textbox which, it seems, does actually allow adding a custom command! But it is not obvious that that's what the textbox actually _does_, and there is no way of setting a name/description for this custom command (it will always be listed as "Custom command" in the startup apps list).

I'm going to mark this as fixed since we changed the icon and now focus search by default, which reveals the hint text
