Show a warning message if 32bit installed on 64bit machine

this plug has knowledge of both the processor and the OS. We should show a warning message if a user has installed the 32bit version on a 64bit machine.

It's not so much a warning, but it does show whether or not your CPU is 64-bit supported, and appends it to the end of the processor string. Maybe we shouldn't show this if the OS is already 64-bit?

Is this still applicable, since we don't ship 32bit anymore?

I assumed that because you can still get Freya in 32-bit that this bug is still applicable, but if Loki is not going to ship 32-bit versions, then I suppose this isn't going to make sense

It might not make sense for elementary OS anymore, but since Switchboard (and these plugs) can be used on other systems it's probably still helpful for those people running Pantheon on another distro

If this is okay, then I will change the status to "Fix Committed", I guess.

Micheal, "fix committed" means that the fix has been merged into trunk. Since this branch hasn't been merged yet, it is still "in progress" :)
