False showing CPU information

Bug Description

When looking 'About' menu at system settings, it showing false CPU information. I have Intel Core i5 processor that have 2 cores and hyper threading, but it mention that my CPU has 4 Cores. This will lead misleading information among users.

I agree, the information should be picked from /proc/cpuinfo or some other way instead.

Hmmm now that I check it more, /proc/cpuinfo also reports the total number of logical cores. The info could be derived though using lscpu and dividing CPU(s) over threads per core.

/proc/cpuinfo does expose a "ht" flag when hyperthreading is available, perhaps we could utilise that
