Bug Description
Using lspci to determine the graphics of the system is not always a valid option. For example on my Gentoo system, only root is allowed to execute this command.
Gnome's info dialog does show graphics information, based on output from the 'glxinfo' command or the Xorg.log (as fallback) . So it would be nice if such fallback could also be integrated in this about plug.
Similarly, gathering the hdd size fails for the user, while it works for root (see attached screenshots). Also the reported size differs from Gnome's (which also does not match the actual disk size as it's 320 GB, with a windows 8 partition). So some alternatives for this info would be nice as well.
(As a minor remark, the version string does look ugly when it's empty, see screenshot.)

Added Raphael's branch as possible fix for the storage issue. Still need an alternative for Graphics to test it..
