By comparing the information with that provided by the system monitor are differences.

The correct information is supplied by the system monitor.

Not sure about the RAM, but secondary memory is definitively wrong.

My system features:

RAM → 8 Gb
/ → 25 Gb
/home → 300 Gb
SWAP → 16 Gb
