Bug Description

on the general page Turn accessibility features on and off using the keyboard is set to off.
but still i can change screen reader features on en off with alt + super + s

The right dconf settings are being flipped though, so it may be gala's (or whoever takes care of interpreting keyboard shortcut's fault)

I could "fix it" by setting and unsetting the keys to control each thing though.... but that's a dirty way to do so.

Yeah I agree this isn't really the a11y plug's fault.

Something else to consider is that the "show a11y indicator" switch currently also does nothing. It seems like maybe we should temporarily pull the "general" section while these two switches have no effect

FWIW, the relevant key is org.gnome.desktop.a11y.keyboard enable
