Bug Description
s3cmd swift3 authentication always fails
because it only sends a x-amz-date header and no Date header.
This is similar in spirit to bug 746220.

The patch doesn't correctly handle a request that has both the Date and X-Amz-Date headers though it can handle a request having only the X-Amz-Date header.
I've attached a new patch.
