Dapper: wrong port picked if explicitly specifying port 631

In the cups ipp device uri, if you specify port 631 like so:

ipp://192.168.254.15:631

you'll see (if you started from command line):

** (gnome-cups-manager:12407): WARNING **: connect = 'ipp://192.168.254.15'

** (gnome-cups-manager:12407): WARNING **: method :'ipp'
user :''
host :'192.168.254.15'
port :'0'

The fix for now:
DON'T SPECIFY PORT

ipp://192.168.254.15
