Bug Description

There is not enough replication data output to monitoring for operator with the 'swift-recon' command.

Test Environment : SAIO (Swift All In One)

$ swift-recon -r

--> Starting reconnaissance on 4 hosts (object)

The sample output could not determine the information of the node that failed to replicate.
And we can't check the completion time of all nodes.

Therefore, I will improve the swift-recon option so that operators can monitor the replication status of nodes in more detail.

1. Display nodes information that failed to replicate
2. Display completion time of the all nodes (desc)
3. Outputs data to a text file
