Bug Description

2019/06/28 13:02:20 [40202] default_perms_for_dir: sys_acl_get_file(128/f0189a01e2d45da05f367c7ae5199128, ACL_TYPE_DEFAULT): No such file or directory, falling back on umask
2019/06/28 13:02:20 [40202] rsync: mkstemp "/r1z3d10/objects/7683/128/f0189a01e2d45da05f367c7ae5199128/.1534996704.20588.data.pVMIPQ" (in object6001) failed: No such file or directory (2)

Your error looks like a configuration problem, you'll want to share your object-server.conf and rsync.conf and swift-ring-builder output via something like http://paste.openstack.org/
