should we change the file format of .functests from dos to unix?

Bug Description
When I run the functest , I get an error as follows:
tox -e func --
OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory
or
./.functests
-bash: ./.functests: /bin/bash^M: bad interpreter: No such file or directory
And if I change the file format of the .functests from dos to unix , then It's all ok to me
