Bug Description
While executing ”create object metadata" use case it is observed that when object server/Container server process was killed, proxy server tried to connect object-server only once while when swift-account server is down swift-proxy server retry 6 times and when HEAD request is fails then also GET request is sent 5 times. And when container server process was killed, proxy server asked for container services 3 times. Proxy server should retry to connect with object-server as well.
