Bug Description
In update-account use case when we kill swift-account server then there is a HTML tag display with error message 503, which is unusual format. There can be some code improvement to display output, it doesn't clearly mention which service is unavailable.
When swift-proxy-server forwards request to any service that is down, it receives error message which is logged to swift.log. Similar can be handled to be displayed as an output to specify which particular service is unavailable. For the user it will be easier to understand why exactly the use case failed.
