In section 1 c) of the Ocata install guide the URL refers to the Newton release of the proxy server sample config.

This has been fixed by patch https://review.openstack.org/#/c/456800/ but the published docs do not appear to be using the latest source. My understanding is that the published docs are taken from a point soon after the Ocata release, and the publsihed docs are not updated until the next release (Pike).
