deployment guide should mention EC rings

The section on preparing a ring in deployment guide makes no mention of Erasure Coded ring when discussing number of replicas - a note indicating an alternative to replicated policy and a link to [2] would be a good start

Yup; https://docs.openstack.org/swift/latest/deployment_guide.html only refers to replicas and doesn't mention EC at all.
