Cannot specify region in swift functests with keystoneauth

Bug Description

I can't specify a region_name to run my functests against.

I use keystoneauth, and I have 2 endpoints for object-store in keystone, that point to 2 different swift clusters

I need to be able to pass a region_name argument to the functional tests so that the get_auth from python-swiftclient can return a valid swift storage_url.

you can specify region information (parameter name: region_name) in parameter(**kwargs)

 def get_auth(auth_url, user, key, **kwargs)
