Bug Description
When running the reconstructor or replicator by hand you can specify command line arguments like -p to pick a set of partitions or -d to pick a set of devices. Having an additional option to specify a specific policy would be nice, as now when debugging things if you pick a partition "5" it will still loop over all policies in the system.
