Bug Description
When connecting to nodes for PUT if an object server times out or returns a 500 we don't increment errors for the node. This is inconsistent with the GET behavior, and also when waiting on the final status from a node during PUT - it doesn't make much sense to me why we differentiate.
We should increment errors when connecting to nodes in the object PUT path.
