net.ipv4.ip_conntrack_max is deprecated and docs need updating

In the deployment guide, we recommend setting net.ipv4.ip_conntrack_max btu that setting is deprecated.

It seems the new setting is netfilter/nf_conntrack*, and the docs need to be updated.

Updating to nf_conntrack_max is trivial in the documentation, but do we want to do a full update of the documentation? I assume yes. Maybe someone who works on the Rackspace Cloud files team could take a look as it has recommendations from them long time users (which is awesome).

I work for Rackspace in a different team and am happy to do the leg work and find the information if no one else picks up this bug.
